Who we are
Nubrxy is a digital marketing business operating under NH Corps. If you have any question about this policy or about data we hold, email info@nubrxy.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the enquiry form or live chat.
- Usage information. Pages visited, how you arrived, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type — collected through Google Analytics 4 and, if you consent, advertising cookies.
- Cookies. Essential cookies for the site to work, and analytics or advertising cookies only after you accept them in the banner.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the audit or services you asked for.
- To understand which pages and channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
- To measure our own advertising, where you have consented to advertising cookies.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, on the performance of a contract for delivering services you have engaged us for, and on legitimate interest for replying to enquiries you send us.
Consent and cookies
Analytics and advertising tags do not fire until you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode v2, and until you make a choice all marketing and analytics storage is set to denied. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Who we share it with
We use third-party processors to run the site and our business: Supabase (enquiry storage), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta (advertising), Tawk.to (live chat) and Calendly (scheduling). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it.
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time.
Email info@nubrxy.com and we will action any of these within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Enquiries are stored in a database with row-level security and access limited to our team. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the enquiry form.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
