By using this website you accept these terms. Client work is governed by a separate written service agreement; where that agreement and these terms disagree, the service agreement wins.
What this site is
This site describes services offered by Nubrxy, a business operating under NH Corps. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular commercial result. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your budget and factors outside anyone's control, including changes made by advertising and search platforms.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Work begins only after a written scope and fee have been agreed by both sides.
Fees and payment
- Project work is quoted per scope and is typically invoiced in milestones.
- Ongoing work is invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never included in our fee.
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, content, approvals and feedback the work needs, within the timeframes agreed. Where delays on your side push a schedule, deadlines move accordingly.
Ownership
On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for you are yours. Accounts created for you — advertising, analytics, hosting, domains — are registered in your name from the start and remain yours. We keep ownership of our own internal tooling, templates and methods.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential. We will not name you publicly or publish results from your account without your written permission.
Third-party platforms
Delivery depends on services we do not control, including Google, Meta, hosting providers and email platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes, though we will help you work through them.
Termination
Ongoing engagements can be ended by either side with the notice period stated in the service agreement. On termination you keep every account and asset, we hand over documentation, and any work completed up to that date is invoiced.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
